The Gibbon Rehabilitation Project has some very exciting news – it seems to be baby season in Khao Pra Thaew Non-Hunting Area ! The GRP Team has been doing a lot of trips into the forest recently to check up on previously released families and we have been lucky enough to spot some new additions.

Not one, not two but THREE NEW WILD BORN BABIES !!

Namthip and Jorn, Cop and Newbie and Payu and Claire all have a new addition to their families. The babies are between one and three months of age and we will be keeping a close eye on the families over the coming months to make sure that everyone continues to do well.

Everyone at GRP is extremely excited about more of these beautiful animals being born into the wild. It is a real testament to all of the hard work of the staff and volunteers as well as the generous donations from visitors to the project.
